The balconette and balustrade rails on this project consisted of a flat bar surround with round bar infills. The balconette units were secretly fixed back to the blockwork walls giving a sleak finish. Together with a quality hardwood top rail and a polyester powder coated finish, these rails enhanced the overall look the architect sought to achieve. The internal escape stairs balustrades were of a similar theme.
