We spent 18 months on this project where we were involved in many elements. The main atrium opened up through the 5 storeys where we installed almost 1000m of glazed balustrades and a similar quantity of louvres. The feature staircase completed weighed in at 30 tons or more, dressed with stainless steel hand rails on 21mm thick glass panels . There were 10 fire escape stairs manufactured from 25mm thick steel with over 800 steps and landings covered in american white oak. On the terrace there were glazed balustrades and tensioned wire balustrades throughout the roof top areas.
